For a new client, payment is due at our first meeting.
For an existing vacation client, payment is due at the beginning of the sit.
For an existing weekday client, payment is due at the beginning of each week.
Additional Charges
 | Holiday visits are billed an additional $5.00 per visit. These holidays | |
| include: New Year’s Eve Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day. |
| Because more of my time is required to visit pets who live further than | |
| 10 miles from my home, those visits will include a round-trip charge of $.50 per mile for each mile over 10 miles. |
Example: You live 14 miles from my home. The extra 8 round-trip miles
will incur a charge of $.50 a mile for an additional charge of
$4.00 per visit.
I’m based halfway between the intersections of M- 52/Roe Road and
Waterloo Road/Clear Lake Road. I use Internet maps to determine
mileage. When I first come to your home to meet you and your pets I
double-check that mileage and will inform you of my exact charge.
| Any visit that takes longer than 1 hour is billed at $24 an hour or $6 for | |
| each 15-minute increment of the hour. This charge is applied when a client requests additional time OR when a situation arises that requires extra time. I will leave you an invoice detailing these charges. Please send me your payment within 5 business days. |
| 24-hour notice is required to cancel a visit. If I arrive at your home and | |
| find that you will not need my service and did not notify me, my full visit fee will apply. |
| I will not do once a day visits for dogs who do not have outside access. |
